Family with 2 adults and 5 kids ages 10 and under. Making supper for them because mom had a a baby and no idea how much to calculate?

I don't know how many lbs, but I'd send 2 cutlets per adult and one per kid.

I get around with 600g, that's a bit more than 1 lb for 3 adults and 3 children..
I cut them rather thin, because they will be more crispy this way, but this will also give you more shnitzels and more breadcrumps so everybody will have enough...
In general I prefer to make smaller shnitzels, bitesize, the children like it that way... for the adults I make a few larger ones...
