I have a turkey london broil--maybe 2.5 lb. It is skinless and boneless turkey breast. Will this dry out if I cook it in a Crock Pot? Should I do Hi or Low? How long? Any specific recipes? Thank you.

Skip the crockpot. All it needs is an hour (add 15 minutes if 3 pounds) at 375 uncovered in the oven.

I rub in some oil and spices, marinate, and broil or grill 15 mins per side
