DH claims that if we lose money it's because we earned it not honestly ... He does not know of this...WE lost 80 dollars of the fish

Oy please don't think like that! This money was chesboned to be lost at the start of last year. Nothing to do with dishonesty.

This way of thinking has really helped whenever I’ve lost money. We are meant to have a certain amount of money and for whatever reason, Hashem decided the money I lost was not meant to be mine. It allows me to move on without being upset.
