How does it hypothetically affect pregnancy?

That's actually part of the "real" stuff she put in the book. J.K. Rowling herself had some pretty dark times that inspired her in the writing of Harry Potter. If you want to protect yourself from "dementors" try to focus on one singe happy memory and let it grow in you to push out the darkness that's trying to push everything else away. It's hard work but it says so right in the book.

nah, I'd much rather imperius some people. That would get them doing what I want. I could imperius my kids and have them clean up their rooms in 10 minutes, rather than nagging....make that clean up the whole house, while I'm at it. All happily with no kvetching at all.
Other than that, I'd take accio. I can just imagine baking a cake and having all the ingredients fly out of my pantry to me.....

Apparate!!! 100%, no work commute, picking up the kids from school would be instantaneous!
And traveling for Yom Tov wouldn't need a whole extra day off!!! Oh, that would be so amazing!!

If you really feel that way, I encourage you to get counseling.

I would want to go with the cleaning spell too. But I don't think it would work for me: remember when Tonks tried it and said she was never very good with these householdy spells? I think that magic can only follow your natural strengths and weaknesses. Not everyone is a good cook like Molly Weasley, even though she does all her cooking with magic and others could do the same. I suspect that disorganized types have just as much trouble with the magical shortcuts, so my house wouldn't end up any cleaner than when I started.
So I guess apparition, or the Imperious curse. I'm always late, so at least I could make up for it that way... and I love Chayalle's idea of getting the kids to help...

I'd love to be a Legilimens. Super cool and very useful. Queenie from Fantastic Beasts uses it well.

Definitely a pensieve. So much to think about and so much background noise and information, it would be wonderful to just take out some relevant stuff and examine it from all sides. Decision making and prioritizing would be so much easier...

Well as long as we'd be giving them fair wages and proper clothing and a place to live...
