I heard from one person, which is why I'm not believing until I hear more. But it does make sense....

I heard that they are closing down for two weeks after yom tov. Which makes more sense. Before yom tov doesnt really help, everyone will be in shul together and visiting people over yom tov. Thats when they should close to stop the spread.
