Does someone with Covid need too fast? I doubt it.....
what about immediate family members/household ? since their systems are probably working to fight it off?

Recommendations that I have seen say that if a person has tested positive but is feeling well or with mild symptoms, they may fast. They should consult with a Rav in advance as to what to do if their condition deteriorates during the day.
People in a more serious condition should consult with their Rav and their doctor as to whether they may fast or not, and whether they need to eat/drink freely or in shiurim.

We had eitza and public speech from charedi rabbis:
-if you are not obligated in minyan, don't go
-if you are at risk, close to someone at risk, don't go
-if your spouse or you are afraid, don't go
-shiurim for sick people and those with effects (I would ask a personal question as there has been some very light psaks for corona people at hospital etc so maybe some shouldn't fast at all)

Ask your Rav. Satmer Rebba said that fasting can be dangerous for Covid patients so everyone should talk to their Rav what to do about the fast. He said you can't chas vshalom decide on your own not to fast, you must talk to a Rav. The main concern is dehydration.
