I’d love to fit 2 folding tables side by side so that I get a wider table. I find that the folding tables are too narrow to set comfortably when you have people sitting on both sides.
My question is if I will have enough room in a 10 foot wide sukkah to do that. How much space do I need to give on each side of the double table for sitting and moving purposes?

Yes we do that. Tables are generally 2 (or 2.5?) feet wide so that does leave clearance on either side. It isn't a TON of clearance, so I will put people that may have a harder time getting in and out on the most accessible short side.

Our sukkah is 11x16, and we've been able to do that successfully.
