Sleeping hehehehe
No but seriously I’m a hardcore crafter. I sew, paint, build, thrift and revamp (I lovvvvvve doing this!), decorate/design, cook gourmet. It’s self taught because I always had a thing for it.
And now I’m taking asl courses to become an interpreter! Totally unrelated, but it was always a hobby of mine.

Is chatting on Imamother while laying in bed a hobby?
I can’t think of any other ones right now.
Everything else I do is because I have an end goal in mind not because I enjoy it in the moment.
Aside sleeping and driving with a good cd.

I don't actually have a hobby as in something that I regularly do and develop skills and passion for - but some things I find relaxing:
Jigsaw puzzles
Needlepoint
Diamond painting
Paint by number (everyone I know cracks up when they hear this because I actually am into painting on my own, no numbers. But it's not relaxing per se - it's something I work at! I love the feeling of painting something pretty and paint by number lets you do it without thinking.)

I love jigsaw puzzles, diamond art, paint by numbers, all that sort of thing.
Also building miniature dollhouses - you can get these kits on Amazon/AliExpress/Wish that provide you with all the materials needed.
Another thing I love is 3d origami, where you cut and fold hundreds of tiny pieces of paper and then use them to build a 3d structure - there are loads of fantastic YouTube tutorials...
Besides for all these time-consuming, patience-needing, teeny tiny pieces things, I also love reading, musical instruments (not fluent in any yet, but learning violin and guitar), photography, cake decorating and making elegant dessert miniatures. Right now I’m also working on improving my hand-lettering... I should probably stop here because there are far too many things on my hobby list!

Working out at the gym. Total stress reliever, a great workout leaves me on a high, and the social aspect of having gym friends is an extra plus. If I go early morning it gives my whole day a boost, if I go at night it helps me destress and unwind from my day.

Yoga. Reading cookbooks and watching cooking shows (Great British Bake Off just started a new season!). I'm trying to lose ~20 pounds so have been more mindful about my cooking lately but used to love baking and decorating elaborate desserts.

I'd love to learn how to oil paint. Any ideas?
