I don’t understand why everyone is making kreplach. I don’t even like kreplach. It’s also bland and a weird consistency in soup.

I like them in an odd way.
But the reason I make them is because it's a minhag to eat them, I think as a siman that Our aveiros should be hidden just like the chicken is hiding in the dough.

My menu:
Challah
Chicken soup
Pomegranate chicken
Stuffed chicken
Pasta or potatoes
Compote

I make kreplach because its minhag, and I don't mind the taste. I feel good like I'm connecting to generations past and imagine shtetel yidenas cooking it on their stoves... lol
I don't do alot of food minhagim like stuffed cabbage, and didn't really make simanim for rosh hashanah, so once in a while I can do something. 😅

Kreplach for both meals or just the last meal?

Menu:
First meal
Challah
Salmon
chicken soup?
Chicken
broccoli noodle kugel
squash in tomato sauce

2nd meal
challah
unstuffed cabbage
brisket
orzo
apple crisp
roasted potatoes
squash in tomato sauce
chocolate cake for dessert

**also water, water, powerade zero and powerade zero
