Can someone please explain to me what it means when the health department backtracks on cases or deaths.
In Lakewood, we have been at 203 deaths all week. Today the HD amended it -3 so now we're at 200 (since March).
I would love a simple explanation.
This isn't the first time the deaths or case number has been amended like this.

I'm not sure, but I know they were labeling a lot of people as death from covid when in reality they weren't dying from that so maybe that's what happened here.
