It's been a good summer bH, I've been able to sleep and not worry too much.
Now the anxiety is coming back and I'm so worried about everything, I'm clenching my teeth in my sleep again and my thoughts and body are just consumed with worry.

Anxiety can affect the immune system so control what you can in your environment and daven for help with what you can't control. There are herbal and other things that can be used to control anxiety such as music and relaxation exercises so focus on what you can do.

When I get like this, I take 500mg of magnesium to help me sleep at night. If I'm super worried in the day time as well, then I take another 500mg of magnesium in the morning.
It's a very important vitamin that helps prevent muscle cramping, and improves nerve function.
