I need to be on a low carb diet I feel very deprived right now. Can you give me options for low carb food? I'm asking now since I'm not allowed to fast( pregnant issue) and I dont know what to eat . Tuna , cottage cheese is not something I like and also yom kipper I wont be cooking . What can I have handy in the house to munch on? Overall I can really use ideas of snacks and more.

Have beef sticks/beef jerky handy.
Put up something in the crockpot.
Buy butternut squash that's already cut into French fry shapes and roast for fries for a quick snack now.

Soak raw almonds and walnuts in water with a pinch of salt. The nuts become tender yet still crunchy and they are much easier and enjoyable to eat.

Empire Turkey burgers, they are so tasty. Pop them in oven and yum. I eat them cold also.
Eggs salad?
Chicken cutlets (,fry in almond meal?)

When I was low carb I loved snacking on nuts, cheese, pickles, olives and homemade almond flour cookies. I also had low carb wraps that I filled with vegetables and some brands of hummus which are low carb. Easy, quick lunch.

Also celery, lettuce, tomato with low carb dressing.
Popcorn cauliflower, gazpacho, or ratatouille cooked before YT.
Berries.

The best part of low carb is eating fat. Tuna and cottage cheese just sounds like diet food. Look at low carb recipes. Eat real foods. If you like cheeses, buy them. Meats, fish, nuts. Add olive oil to your veg. Use high fat sour cream. Enjoy!
