what are the supplement recommendations to help fight this? please include dosage if you know how much one should take....

p.s. son tested positive and now all of us are sick

As per Rabbi Leifer in Monsey (347-932-8563)
10,000 Iu vitamin d while you have covid, otherwise 5000
100 mg zinc
vitamin c 5000 mg when have covid, otherwise 1500 mg
immune power 3x daily

In conversation with a developmental pediatrician regarding Covid-19 and particularly concerned with children diagnosed with auto immune disorders, PANDAS, gut dysbosis, frequent ear and strep infections, it was suggested to include daily:
Probiotics*
Zinc
Garlic*
Cod Liver Oil - Vitamin A & D
Vitamin C
Fermented Garlic includes the anti fungal, anti bacterial, anti oxidants component of garlic as well as the probiotic.

I was told to take quercetin 500mg 2x a day
Zinc- 50mg 1x a day
If you can add
VitC - 800mg
VitD -2000iu
Magnesium
Selenium
Quercetin is the natural form of hydrochloriquin
This is what I was told
I only took the quercetin and zinc
