On my stomach with my left knee up by my chest. Otherwise on a side. The pillow between my shoulder and head, like in my neck.

So interesting! A lot of stomach sleepers!
I wasn't only referring to myself that I don't sleep on my stomach, my husband kids, sisters and any friends I had sleepovers with... never really saw stomach sleepers.

On my left side, spooned into DH. Unless niddah where I roll up the quilt on my back so I can pretend I feel him...

On my stomach. No pillow. As a kid I slept on my side but now it gives me back pain. Sometimes if fall asleep on my side spooning but then I usually end up on my back or stomach

Then counting sheep.
Then in sitting position and my hands tearing my hair out of my head.
I’ll just leave the bed for the day.
