Very traditional here.
Challah, some sort of salmon, some sort of soup, and a 3 section main dish consisting of meat (brisket, skirt steak, corn beef, whatever I'm in the mood), a veggie side (string beans, fresh greens, israeli salad etc) and a starch side (knishes, roasted potatoes, pasta salad).
Dessert is chocolate mousse.

Friday night we're having cabbage soup, Tuscan chicken over spaghetti squash with a side of roasted potatoes and shallots, with plum pie for dessert.
M"S we're having dairy: onion soup, pesto pasta, teriyaki tilapia, assorted roasted veggies, and for dessert hot chocolate pudding cake with strawberry oreo chip ice cream (homemade).
DH makes the soups and pasta and desserts and I cook the rest.
