What do you consider healthy? I'm so cool with a lot of eggs and fat and avoid sugar and carbs.

Does that count?

Cut pastrami into small chunks, mix with honey and mustard, spoon onto the center of 3” puff pastry squares, fold, drizzle with duck sauce and sesame seeds, and bake on 350 till puffy.

Rainbow roasted veggies.

Any muffin baked in a fancy paper cup looks pretty. Pumpkin muffins are easy and you can top with a candied pecan before baking.

Any baked schnitzel, but baked on a stick and served over a little cup of dipping sauce.

Presentation makes a difference to the simplest foods.

All of it sounds delicious but not healthy! Wink
(Besides for the roasted veggies!)

Lol, you’re right, I missed the healthy part!

Roasted rainbow veggies are still good.
Herbed salmon looks pretty and is so easy (mix lemon juice and a drop of olive oil with crushed garlic and lots of green herbs, marinate salmon and bake).

Colorful salads are pretty and healthy. Think good greens like arugula or spinach, roasted sweet potatoes, pomegranate seeds, mushrooms, tossed with a light maple balsamic dressing.

Start any meal with a salad...use colorful vegetable to make it more appealing!
Use different dressing/topping at every meal!

I like to serve soup for night meals, especially in the sukka!
Zucchini soup
Mushroom barley
Chicken soup(Optional kneidlach or fine noodles)
Split pea soup(not too thick!)

Grilled chicken

Fine green beans (add cubed garlic, soy sauce and top with roasted sesame or almonds)

Yummy easy and healthy but not looking like you fussed Smile
Buy mini peppers. Put in pan. Already oil. Sprinkle with slices like salt, onion powder, Garlic powder. Until a little shriveled and dark, but not too shriveled or burnt.
So sweet!

but frozen String beans. Put in pan. Spray with oil, sprinkle with spices. Bake.
Can saute mushrooms and onions and add to it with a sauce (soy sauce, Garlic, sugar?)

purre frozen berries with lemon

drizzle some of this gorgeos sauce in the center of a beautiful flat plate

place a hot pumpkin muffin without wrapper on it and top with little cocoa powder and a physali: looks so gogreous and is a relatively healthy and easy dessert

roast colourful veggies (in pan or even oven) with curry, rosemary, paprica...

drizzle some reduced balsamic vinegar on a place place the veggies and top with almond slices and fresh cylantro and homemane rye croutons - voila: a warm autumn salad.

thinly sliced roastbeef on mushroom ragout with cherryromatoes and chives.

spicy chicken skewrs with dipps and leafsalad

all these dishes can be prepared beforehand, cooled, some even frozen: quick, simple, depending on the produce not superexpencive) and look pretty.

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, dijon mustard, frozen garlic and dill.
Shake well and pour on salmon or use as marinade for chicken cutlets! Works on both!
Delicious!

even easier--you don't need to saute them- you can roast them together with the green beans. I did this with some red onion and portabella caps sliced in strips, tossed with some fresh chopped garlic and a drizzle of olive oil and tamari and a sprinkle of black pepper. so good!!

I cut off the tops and take out the seeds. Do you leave them in? Can you eat them?

Artichoke bottoms filled with meat/ground turkey mixture

Liver with fried onions cooked in wine sauce

Chicken cutlets grilled with teriyaki & fresh dill (better to marinate first)

Chocolate bark
(Not sure any dessert is considered healthy, but this isn’t bad...)
Melt good chocolate, add toasted nuts, craisins, etc, spread on baking sheet & freeze. Break into pieces

We bake the peppers whole.
We eat the seeds, but not the tops
