I have a fairly new loader but in the whole ring it’s built up a lot of mold or gross stuff. How can I clean that. Regular cleaning sprays don’t get it out

Scrub with bleach, then let it sit. Then run an empty cycle to get rid of the bleach.

Glisten Washer Magic.
But if it very bad you need to replace those parts. Nothing worked on my old machine...

Run a cycle of one cup vinegar, one cup baking soda.

Keep the door slightly open whenever it's not in use. Fresh air is your best friend.

Keep the door completely open when the machine is not being used. Ive had front loader for the past 20 year. Never had a mold problem.

In future, take a soft absorbent rag and dry the gasket folds inside and out after EVERY laundry session. Not between consecutive loads but when you're done for the day, whether you did one load or ten. An ounce of prevention is a nuisance, but trying to cure is a bigger one.

Bh never had this problem with my front loader, but I've read that it's a common problem. I wonder if certain brands are better than others. I always leave the door to washing machine open when it's not in use. Not slightly...like open open.

Has anyone replaced the rubber when cleaning it didn't help? Do I need to use replacement from my brand or can I use a generic? Is it complicated to replace?
