I took a covid test by chai urgent care 2 days ago and they said they only get back to you in a few days so I should call them.
I keep calling and it rings forever and then no one answers.
Anyone else in the same boat as me?
It’s so crazy I need to know!!

They will not answer, we tried for a few days cldnt get through you have to go down to them it’s beyond insane.

Bumping. It says results will be on the portal but I don't see anything. Does that mean they don't have them? I emailed and didn't get a response either.

I called a different branch and got a person. They said she is negative. Still nothing on their portal.
