Is this true? It’s illegal for Jews to use their Succas in Canada due to fear of covid spreading? I heard this but can’t find anything online and can’t imagine this is true. Anyone in Canada that can confirm or deny?

IDK about Canada but in my very urban neighborhood of high-rise apt bldgs landlords weren’t allowing ppl to build Sukkot because they feared that they would host large gatherings. It wasn’t a legal mandate, just something landlords came up with. Hoping that after the pandemic is over BEH landlords will not decide to keep the ban anyway.
