yes, if there's anything local (Nodtheast), only 10 people allowed in shul here, and we have no family around for this Yom Tov, so if we can at all afford it, I'd like to go.

You won't find a program that allows only 10 people in shul. None of them are in cities with strict guidelines. Some are in Pennsylvania where there are practically no guidelines. There are some in Cancun, Orlando, Arizona, Georgia. Basically no guidelines in either of those.
