If anybody knows of outdoor Simchas Torah Hakafos in Boro Park, please post location here. It would be much appreciated to me and my family, as well as my relative!

(Someone today told me their shul had tent outside like 52nd and 19? Have not verified)

It doesnt help. Youre not supposed to have any mass gatherings. You cant have more than 10 people, indoors or out. Being outdoors isnt any better than indoors.

From a health perspective outdoors is much better and no one said they needed much more than 10.

You can have 10 people at every corner along the avenues so it will be a big minyan combined.
