I'm looking for a recipe for russian coleslaw like they have in the takeout stores. It has shredded cucumber mainly in a light mayo dressing. Anyone have a recipe?

Regular takeout close slaw recipe?
1/3 each sugar, vinegar/water, mayo, and 1 tsp salt.

I have a russian coleslaw recipe but I'm not sure if its the one you're looking for
Slice cucumbers, carrots, purple onion and celery in the food processor with the slicing blade
Add 3 T mayo, 1/4 C sugar, 1 T vinegar and salt to taste
Its delicious

Russian Coleslaw
10 small cucumbers (I use Persian and leave the peel on)
10 radishes
4 scallions
1/2 bunch dill
Dressing:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
4 Tblsp mayo
1 tsp salt
Shred the cucumbers and radishes in a food processor (or I suppose you could hand grate it). Chop the scallions and dill. Dress right before serving.
