Is this a thing? I believe I had corona just after RH. Soon after I started feeling sharp stabbing pain in my upper back right side, mostly while standing and cooking/washing dishes. It still hasn’t gone away. And seems to have spread. I never suffered from back pain before.

do you have a rash on that side too? if so it may be shingles.

Two things came to mind:
1) Do you have a cough? Even if you don't, perhaps you should have a doctor listen to your breathing to make sure a chest x ray isn't indicated. I don't know if walking pneumonia is common after covid, but maybe check that out.
2) It may be unrelated to Covid directly, but you could have been in a stiff position while you were sick and caused a muscle strain. I got a strained trapezius - not from some crazy movement, it actually started after I slept in a semi upright and very stiff position. It will still come on over a year later when I'm doing lots of dishes.
It's a sticking pain in my upper back on the right - sometimes -sounds weird- but it actually feels itchy. It's not shingles, but my doctor did look for a rash at the time because of the itching.
