Moving soon to south FL and I’m hoping to get a job. I’ve always been a sahm but will be working after we move. What kind of jobs should I be looking at? I can do school but would prefer not to because of time. If needed I will do it, what fields are easy to get jobs in? Should I do a course, like professional organizing, makeup, hair, graphics, photography?
Anything to sell that would be good to focus on?

I found working anywhere but the school system to be a problem since childcare was very hard to find unless I had in my house which is expensive. (Can only talk about my experience in Miami Beach)

Thanks, but that won’t work as I don’t want to be a teacher or anything like that.
Anyone else can help?

OP, how can we guide you if we don’t know you personally?

You might make a good chemist or a perfect door to door salesperson. You might be great as a realtor or maybe as a runway model...

A tinkler, a taylor, a soldier, a sailor....

We don’t know if your introvert or extrovert. Brilliant or more artsy.

As per Oxford, Tinker and Tinkler can be used interchangeably.

Sorry you’re right! I’m used to the tri state area where one can get a job anywhere. Heard that there are less job opportunities in Florida so I was attempting to be proactive and figure out what options would be available and then choose what would be a good fit for me.
