Saute veggies of choice in Avocado oil or coconut oil
(Onions, peppers, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms)
When getting soft add in cut up chicken (I use scissors to cut) when chicken is cooked lower flame add salt pepper garlic and squeeze fresh lemon
Or do sesame oil, maple syrup, Sriracha and soy sauce.
