Ra-mom - can you give me the measurement to half this recipe?
Also, can I make rolls out of it or will it get too dry?

Use a kitchen scale and measure 2 1/2 pounds of the white whole wheat flour.
3/4 cup vital wheat gluten
5 1/4 tsp dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 - 1/4 cup oil
1 Tbsp salt
1 1/2 eggs (1 egg plus 2 Tbsp of another whisked egg)
1 cup warm water (for yeast)
1 3/4 cups warm water, for remaining recipe
You can make rolls. Bake them for much shorter.
