Hi everyone,
I've always wanted the Heimishe Kitchen cookbook, but the original ones are of course out of print. I've been watching used book websites for months to see if the original volumes ever get posted, and unfortunately they do not 
What do you think of the "Best of Volumes 1 and 2" edition? Are there really good/essential recipes that you felt the publishers left out of this "best of" edition?

I use volumes 1 and 2 extensively. The best wedding present that I got. I don't have the new one, so I can't really tell you.

On that note, if anyone here has these books and doesn’t want them anymore, I would very very gladly pay for them and the cost of shipping!!!!

I think many of the heimishe recipes can be found on kosher.com
I too use my green and "pink" heimishe cookbooks extensively.
