My dd 4 has really bad teeth. Part of it is from sucking her thumb which she mainly does when she goes to sleep. It's also her safety net. How is it possible to get her to stop? She wouldn't be able to fall asleep otherwise

I'll quote a friend "I'd prefer to spend $5000 on braces later than on therapy (from taking away their means of self comfort).
I've tried getting kids to stop. Never worked until they were ready.

Check out the tguard. It was absolutely amazing. My almost 5 year old kicked the habit almost immediately. And he sucked his thumb throughout the day and also to fall asleep. We were very positive and upbeat about the tguard. Anonymous because I have told so many people in real life how my child actually gave up thumbsucking. No more calloused thumb.
