Ideas please?
Growing up, we never really had shalosh seudos, and melaveh malkah was always pizza.
I need ideas!
I don't like tuna and eggs, though my husband and kids would eat those.

For Shalosh seudos I have whole wheat matza, romaine lettuce, salmon, sometimes hard-boiled eggs.

And what do you concider healthy? Whole grains? Low carb? Low fat? Low calorie?

Whole grains
Lower carbs, lower fat, lower calorie
Like, not pizza or white pasta, but avocado or pretzels with hummus would be okay.
