I read the 20 hr book, while I did the 20 hr course online, highlighted the points so I was able to refer back easily. Kept on reviewing....I kept on writing short notes to refer back. I did loads of practice tests.
I took an online review course with loanofficerschool.com - it was very clear and worth every penny!
The only area I felt the classes didn't cover in depth was ethics.
Hatzlacha!
