Does anyone have first hand knowledge of the orthodox community in Boyton Beach? Are homes less expensive than Boca? What age groups are living there? TY

Nice but small community. Mostly 60+. Less expensive then Boca.

I spent a shabbos there at the home of a relative... seemed to be mostly Middle Aged and up ... my relatives in their late 60’s

very nice orthodox community. mostly retirees, but a few younger families, too.
smaller community and more affordable than Boca.
Wyndsong (or similar sounding name) development on El Claire Ranch Road was built by chabad or in conjunction with Chabad.... not sure exactly.
Chabad of boynton is probably going to be your best source of info.
