Don't go for the real cheapie stuff. Some of that can have really nasty metals/chemicals you don't want on their skin.
Claire's used to have labels claiming their stuff was free from all the stuff you wouldn't want (too lazy to google what they are).

I got from Twin star jeweler in Lakewood. They had cute stuff and reasonably priced.
