I work as a speech therapist, because when I graduated high school that was the "thing" to do. I have been working as a school SLP for several years and I just can't see continuing to do this for the next 30+ years. There are definitely parts of my job that I enjoy, but the sessions really drag on and I feel that my job is just so repetitive. I'm a quick thinker, and I love presenting and talking about ideas. I'm good at math, science, and language/writing (although I wouldn't want to write full-time). Any ideas for how I can leverage the skills that I have to a new career direction?
