We would like to launch campaign to raise funds for family member. Which company is best to use? I can't reach dryve up. Anyone have experience with any of them or know best contact info?

Do you mean a crowdfunding site? The best site for frum causes is thechesedfund.com since they don't take additional fees, except for CC fees.
