Baby is 5 weeks old. Jaundice. Something with direct and total. Didn't really understand. Well the regular jaundice number is fine but the other number is high. So the first thing they wanted to rule out that it might be is this condition cuz Dr says this is the most serious.
Eta: baby had abdominal ultrasound and all bh came back fine.

So after all tests done then, biopsy, some "gram" test, and follow up blood work its bh not this. Baby had neonatal hepatitis. Baby was given the all clear today! We can forger untill we remember to tell her chosson iy"h that when she was 5 weeks old....
