Pasta vegetable cheese bake

I'm looking for a recipe that similar to penne/alfredo sauce with vegetables, just that bakes in the oven, and that the pasta doesn't need to be cooked before.

I don't mind using heavy cream. Does such a thing exist?

More like a baked ziti/penne type. You can add veggies like thawed and squeezed frozen spinach.

There are no boil mac and cheese recipes. You can make one and add all different vegetables.

Update: I made up my own recipe and it came out surprisingly delicious!

Put frozen broccoli, frozen peppers, frozen onions and can of mushrooms in a pan with oil salt spices. Roasted on 425 for about half hour.

Then I poured a box of macaroni into 9x13.
Added: most of a jar of marina sauce, sugar, some butter, milk, about a cup of heavy cream, lots of shredded cheese, container of cottage cheese, garlic cubes, salt and pepper.

Mixed well, added roasted veggies and sprinkled cheese on top.

Baked covered 350 for 50 minutes.
Pretty impressed with results! Very Happy
