What’s the minimum you need to eat of it to be able to bentch

I looked and couldn’t find the answer
For example- ezikiel bread for me is hamotzi, but I was told you need to eat 5-6 slices to be able to say birkat hamazon
Which defeats the purpose

You're supposed to ask your rav. I looked at the package, saw how many servings the package said it made and divided the dough into that amount. I was told it's more than enough for hamotzi.
