I think I had some in the fridge for a week & a half in the very cold office fridge - and yesterday it was fine - but today felt sticky and didn't taste that good. Instead of finishing it I threw it out.
How long can you keep canned stuff (in Tupperware) in the fridge, anyway ?

Definitely less than a week and a half!
maybe 2-3 days at the most!

The poor corn. Did it spit gum on the sidewalk in Singapore?

after a week - everything is a gonner ... I never save corn since it inevitably goes to the garbage ...

Did you take it out of the can before putting it in the fridge. Someone once told me to do that because it's not healthy to store an opened can of food in the fridge. Still, even in a container I would say 2-3 days.

for sure 2-3 days...after that I start doing a visual and odor check, etc.
I usually figure if it's too old it will look strange, smell strange, and if I get past that, at least feel/taste strange.
I always wonder that if it isn't bad, then maybe it's baal tashchis if I throw it away..
