I’m thinking to sign my kids up for some sort of lessons what lessons do you think are most beneficial?
Sewing
Music
Swimming
Instruments
Etc

What do they want to do? What are they interested in? I was always musical, so I took instrument lessons starting when I was 10. I took art lessons, too, because I was also always very artistic.

I think knowing how to swim is important for safety.
Other then that I would do it based on child's interest/s.

It really depends on your child!!! What would he like to do?
I find that musical instruments is a long time commitment, no point in taking just a few lessons.
Sewing is a super helpful life skill to have if you have girls!!
Art, I think, is more relaxing hobby.
Swimming is really great healthwise...
It really depends on what you're looking for in extracurricular activity!
Costs will vary too!
For boys, karate/martial art or organised sports are great!
