My daughter is having a hard time sleeping and someone here suggested getting a more comfortable mattress. Her mattress is pretty new and is a good mattress but I’m thinking of getting a comfortable mattress topper in the hopes that that will help! Any tried and true toppers to recommend? Do I go with a foam type of topper or those fluffy pillowy types? Appreciate any feedback you can share.

I personally use a tempurpedic topper. Some of my kids use weighted blankets and find them helpful.
