Can anyone suggest healthy, easy, go-to snacks for kids or adults? Any good recipes that can be frozen and then popped into the microwave? The idea is for it to be yummy but also nutritious? To start, I've enjoyed making pumpkin muffins, fruit smoothies, oatmeal bars, etc.

Paleo running momma has the best paleo cookies, muffins, pancakes etc. they are all nutrient dense.
