I never tried figuring out who anonymous posters are, but there are two posters who write in a specific way that screams them.
One is from Israel, the other I believe is from Monsey.

I have recognized posters not so much for their posting style, but more for the circumstances they reveal, or the very specific (and unpopular) opinions.
However, I don't think I know them IRL, so they're safe from me.

I don’t think my writing style is well known enough, but there is a poster here who has an uncanny ability to detect an anonymous poster’s identity. She has texted me responses to my OP, and I just have to laugh.. it’s definitely a talent!

(Now feel free to guess who I am.. 🤷🏼‍♀️)

I was a pretty well-known poster on here a few years ago. I had my previously screen name locked and created a new profile because it jarred me how many people recognized all my details. I guess my writing style is very distinct.

Now I think I'm on here infrequently enough that I can change a few details and no one would blink.

I use my writing style to put emphasis and emotion into words, the way I would in real life.

For example, I am EXTREMELY careful with other people's personal details (unless they tell me I can share them.)

Clippings from news stories are always in this font, to separate it from my own comments on the article.

/sarcasm font in case you don't know if I'm joking.

As for me, I'm not sure what you would call my style of writing. I definitely like to use commas, hyphens, and parentheses. Oh, and I'm a very big fan of emojis too...! LOL

Oh gosh. I responded to a post recently- with some pretty personal details...
I think I'm the reason this whole guessing thing started. Or am I just freaking out for nothing?
Whatever the case is- aren't we all human and have our 'stuff' we deal with ?
