For their snack.
Something that will hold up.
With minimal ingredients, like oat bars or oat balls.
Something they would be able to bake ( or maybe a no-bake option) for school snack a few times a week if needed for the family, that is healthy, and that I am likely to have ingredients for in the house.
Would be such a big help!

Can it have nuts?
Does it have to be very healthy (aka sugar)?

I dont think it can have nuts. Prefer as healthy as possible with sugar. Either I would sub coconut sugar or a recipe with applesauce instead of sugar.
