I’m looking for a great looking and also practical diaper bag that essentially looks like a huge handbag. I like Happ bags from looking online but the one I like doesn’t come in the color I want. I know I can just get a huge tote but I specifically want one that comes with lots of handy diaper bag features.

Any recs? Extra points if it’s on Amazon!

I don’t like the diaper bag look so bought a coach bag that’s a diaper bag. Comes with all the pockets and a changing pad. It’s a little heavy when filled with everything because it’s real leather but still better than walking around with a classic diaper bag

I also never liked the diaper bag look. Skiphop do some nice designs. I was tempted to buy one but didn't need.

I had a JJ Cole bag that totally looked like a handbag but was a changing bag.

OP wants a bag that looks more like a handbag. Jujube looks like a real diaper bag.
Check out skip hop. They have some that look like handbags.

I know you specifically said you don’t want to do this but I love just using a regular tote with a diaper change pouch (there’s lots of options/ sizes for those). It’s usually much lighter because it doesn’t have a million compartments.

I use a long champ tote, Weighs nothing on its own. comes in several sizes, super easy to wash and has a zipper.

I have a small pouch with wipes/diapers/ disposable changing pad and bags. Used to have also a ziplock with bottle and small formula dispenser, thermos. We now outgrew that and instead have snack bag and sippie. Pacifier in small pouch.

I actually have this for a regular bag because if the amount of stuff I have to carry around. And I definitely use the insulated pockets.

I don’t bottle feed so less of a need for diaper bag.
I use a very large leather tote as a purse.
In a large zip lock bag I carry extra onsie, wipes and diapers. And just throw in my purse. I’d imagine a bottle and formula mix container wouldn’t use much more room.
I have a foldable diaper changing pad I keep in my car and take in the carriage if I need. But don’t carry it with me everywhere.

I agree with this. Another way to make a longchamp tote more functional as a diaper bag is to put this inside of it.
