What type of community? We're looking into the aish kodesh shul area but heard of the new developments in neve shamir... lookin for an open minded frum community we love Breslov/Chassidus... growth oriented community with a warm inspiring Rabbi...
We're frum and worldly (tzinus, cover hair fully, watch movies) so need a place that we'd feel comfortable)

Neve Shamir is being marketing to DL families but I'm sure there will also be families more to the right.
The shuls will not be established right away. Usually the first group of families to move in start the shul(s).
There will not be a set rabbi for the community. There will likely be many shuls and some will hire rabbis and some will just be a place to daven.

Ooh I see so I'd have to wait until ppl start moving in to see, is there anyway to find out also anyone know who's good to speak with regarding real estate in rbs Aleph or surrounding areas... our family lives near preferably like to live within walking distance
