Has anyone ever done microblading?
Do you think it was worthwhile?
Were there halachic issues with it? (Similar to tattoo, issue for mikvah?)

I have terrible brows and draw them in everyday. I would love to hear from anyone's experience.

Following
I would be interested in a combination of microblading and microshading.

I think it’s so cool! It might be comparable to a tattoo, but I’m just guessing. Can’t imagine it’s an issue for mikvah because it’s permanent.

There was a thread on this in the past. It might be a halachic issue and you need to ask your Rav.

Thank you for the responses! I am so tempted.... I think I might just ask my rav and see if it even a possibility instead of just daydreaming about not having to fill in my brows Very Happy

I tried it. I have a high pain tolerance but this pain was just unbearable. I never went back and fill in my brows with a pencil...

Where did you have it done? Aside of the pain, were you happy with the results? and how long did it last?
I am thinking of having it done for myself.
The older I get the more hair I loose on my eyebrows.
I have no problem with halacha. I am post menopausel...

I know someone that did it by fineline in Brooklyn. She uses a numbing cream to numb the area. People are very happy with her work.
