So I just bought fresh salmon to make for Shabbos. Should I :
A. leave it in the fridge till Friday then cook it
B. Freeze it raw and defrost on Friday and cook.
C. Cook it now and leave it in fridge till Friday night.

If you're baking it, use option B.
If you're making marinated/poached salmon, use option C.
