$15-18 to start sounds reasonable.

College graduate would make more in large firms. frum places like no college so cost is lower.

In some places, LCSWs and LMFTs make $90,000 a year.

Which is about 1/4 of what the poster makes.

Yes, private practice and I charge less than anyone I know.

I’ve made up to $90/hr in an agency. I left that job for various reasons and started at an agency that pays $60/hr - lower salary but I like the work there better. My plan is to work there in addition to my private practice.

Just confused - you said previously you make $160 an hour. Is it $60 or $160?

$160 private. $60 in agency. (I do both.)

Thank you for saying this--you saved me a job.
I would have posted the bolded in "immediate reactions" but that thread is supposed to be humorous.

my husband with a masters degree makes 18 an hour 10 months a year (nothing in June and July). Luckily I also bring in an income--- on his income alone I think we'd qualify for food stamps, etc.

I love living here (wayyyyy OOT in Cleveland) but I think the salaries are incredibly different in the land of Lakewood. lol

So should she make more because it’s bookkeeping/a higher skill job than a secretary?

Which masters degree makes that low anywhere? Something sounds off.
