I live oot
Frozen pre check veg are a bit expensive $8 for the bag
But I still buy them
I found a company that checks veggies
They have fresh pre checked $5
Broccoli and Cauliflower

Do I cook fresh the same way
If I’m roasting the veg do I need to par boil first
I’m married 32 yrs and it’s the first time embarrassed

I always use fresh veggies. What do you mean by use differently? Just follow whatever recipe you're going by.

Your roasted broccoli and cauliflower will be so much better! Don't par boil ahead of time.

No more mushy veggies. The texture will be different, much better than frozen. Don't make the mistake of overcooking when you steam or cook them. Enjoy!
