I need healthy food for longish car drives that I am doing regularly. I need to be able to drive for an hour to an hour and a half without stopping. I have a sensitive stomach, and find that if I eat anything with a decent amount of fiber within an hour of when I start, including any fruits or vegetables and most whole grain products, I need the bathroom before I get where I'm going. I can't eat nuts.
And yes, I often need to eat during or just before the drive. And it needs to be portable and easy to eat quickly or bite by bite at lights, in traffic, etc. And no, there is nowhere to stop. Ideas?

How are you with dairy? Maybe a yogurt drink or similar? String cheese? Hard boiled eggs?
